We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

NY sales tax of 8.875% is charged on each purchase We ship worldwide.

All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. The Sway has no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. For online purchases, we will accept items not worn, used or damaged for a full exchange.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you to exchange goods within 14days of purchase.
We must stress that in order to receive an exchange, the item(s) must be in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments.
